Jessie West II, a vessel of integrity, and purpose, recognized as a cutting-edge leader, declares & communicates a message of empowerment that transcends denomination, ethnicity, and cultural barriers.
As a Leader of influence, visionary, entrepreneur, author, preacher, and teacher, his spiritual coaching and life-changing truths of God’s Word continually Shifts and Refocuses lives, healing and restoring the broken, empowering the masses, leading many to a new Life in Christ. His Apostolic and Prophetic aim, reaches, positions, & prepares people for a Kingdom mindset and Lifestyle!
He is the founding Apostle of Lighthouse Church International, and Kingdom International Alliance, a fellowship of churches and Christian Entrepreneurs. His ministry continues to demonstrate the three “Ds.” “Demonstrating Love, Developing Disciples, Discovering Purposes,” by successfully reaching the masses; administering holistic empowerment and transformative change.
He has earned a Bachelor of Science in Business, and a Master of Science in Psychology. He is currently earning a Doctorate with Trinity Theological Seminary. He is the President and Founder of Alliance Bible College and Pauline Online Academy, and Former Dean of City Bible College. He is a commissioned member of the Vision Chaplain Association. More of Entrepreneurial and vocational accomplishments, He is Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Kingdom Concepts Accounting Firm LLC., and a Government Contractor with a Master’s Certification from the University of Houston.
As a humanitarian within the community, He served on the Grant Approval Board with Pima Partnership & the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); served as an Advisor Board member for Healing Hearts Counseling LLC; Developed entities, impacting the community, partnering, feeding, and providing food to the community. He has also developed partnerships with entities, providing monetary support, which provided food, clothing, and medical assistance to Israel, Africa, and Morris Cerullo World Evangelism.
He enjoys a balanced family life as husband to Pastor Chauntell West and father to four lovely children, Preston, Jessie, Sabrina and Irene.

Pastor Chauntell West, born in San Diego, California, where her maturation into Lady West was inspired and prepared through the loving wisdom of her Parents Pastor John & Mrs. Meliann Burns.
Along side her husband, Apostle Jessie West, Pastor West continues to parent both naturally and spiritually those given to her of the Lord.
Pastor Chauntell has two boys and two girls (Preston, Jessie, Sabrina, & Irene) lovingly complimented by her spiritual children at Lighthouse Church International, and Kingdom International Alliance.
As a Leading Lady she continues to influence the young and old, Pastor Chauntell West as a gifted teacher flows freely with powerful revelation, wisdom and knowledge. Many have been blessed via her gifting and experience in Children, Youth, Women's Ministry and Praise & Worship as a psalmist.
Pastor Chauntell West’s academic background expands from an Associate degree in Applied Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and a Master of Science in Finance. More of Entrepreneurial and vocational accomplishments, She is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Kingdom Concepts Accounting Firm LLC. She is also the Controller for the San Diego Library Foundation.
